A ceremony was held at the Veterans National Memorial Shrine and Museum on Saturday.

Organization leaders and community members gathered at the venue’s Veterans Memorial Park at 11:30 a.m. to dedicate a Peace Pole.

The 8-ft tall memorial is inscribed with the universal message “May Peace Prevail on Earth” in different languages, serving as a symbol for ‘global harmony‘.

Among the languages represented are English, Spanish, Arabic, French, German, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Korean
