Peace Pole Spotted in Sedona, Arizona, USA.

Submitted:  May 19, 2026

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of encountering two Peace Poles in Sedona, which led to some very interesting experiences.

One of these Peace Poles is situated at the Amitabha Stupa Peace Park, and the other can be found at the Chapel of the Holy Cross.

Sedona has a rich tapestry of spiritual monuments, including several Peace Poles dedicated to global harmony. The two most prominent Peace Poles are located at these accessible local landmarks.

  • Chapel of the Holy Cross: This iconic Sedona landmark features a prominent peace pole installed to commemorate the Catholic Jubilee year. It features the universal message of peace (“May Peace Prevail On Earth”) in multiple languages and welcomes visitors of all backgrounds.
  • Peace Garden at the Creative Life Center: Located at \(333\) Schnebly Hill Road in the heart of Sedona, the Peace Garden features a dedicated Peace Pole nestled amidst healing herbs, native plants, and a striking Peace Pagoda.

If you are looking for a deeper immersion into Sedona’s quiet spaces, you can also visit the Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park located at (2650) Pueblo Drive. While known primarily for its towering (36)-foot Buddhist stupa, the 14-acre park is dedicated as a sanctuary of prayer and peace for all faiths.
