Honoring Peace Through Art and Culture, Teacher Baldwin, Manila, Philippines.
February, 2026
Teacher Baldwin, recipient of the Peace Ambassador Award in November 2011, continues to spread the spirit of peace through the message May Peace Prevail On Earth. He serves as an international judge for Peace Pals International and actively submits artwork created by his young art students, ensuring that youth voices for peace are seen and celebrated globally.

Through his leadership, he hosts numerous cultural and arts programs for young people and directs the Philippines Chinoy Cultural Center in Manila. At each of his events, the Peace Pole stands proudly as a symbol of unity, hope, and peace.

Most recently, he launched the nationwide celebration of National Arts Month at his museum, accompanied by a youth orchestra, bringing art, culture, and peace together in a powerful and inspiring way.

Yesterday marked the official nationwide launch of National Arts Month. Our museum, the Bahay Tsinoy Museum of Chinese in the Philippines in Manila, is honored to be part of this important celebration. We remain deeply committed to promoting peace through culture, education, and the arts.
