Morgan County Rotary Club hosted a dedication of Morgan County’s first Peace Pole at the new Silo Park in Rutledge.

The Peace Pole, that bears the message “May Peace Prevail On Earth” in four languages, stands as a lasting symbol of hope, unity, and goodwill among all people. The Peace Pole proclaims this message in English, Spanish, Korean, and Muscogee Creek Indian languages.

The Morgan County Rotary Club’s Peace Pole installation at Silo Park joins thousands of others across the globe, each carrying the same universal wish for peace.
