Peace Voices Connect Nearly 300 Young People Across 44 Countries.

We are delighted to celebrate the beautiful success of the 2026 Peace Voices initiative, created by the Goi Peace Foundation in the lead-up to the International Day of Peace.

Nearly 300 young people from 45 countries shared their heartfelt answers to one meaningful question: What does peace mean to you?

Their messages reflect the richness of young people’s lives and hopes around the world. They speak of peace as safety, freedom, kindness, family, respect, friendship, understanding, and the ability to live without fear. Every message is a reminder that peace is both a shared dream and something we can nurture in our everyday lives.

The Peace Voices Map brings these voices together, allowing young people to see and hear one another’s visions of peace across borders, cultures, and generations. A special two-and-a-half-minute video has also been created to share a selection of these moving messages with the world.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to every young person, educator, and family who answered the call to share a Peace Voice, as well as to all those who made this meaningful initiative possible. Together, you are creating a map not only of peace, but also of human connection and hope.
