Sound Meditation at The World Peace Sanctuary, Wassaic, NY – USA

March 16th, 2022

We have resumed the in-person Guided Sound Meditation workshop at The World Peace Sanctuary.

It was extraordinary!

Healing with “sound” is believed to date back to very ancient times.

Sound, with its vibration frequency, has been known to have a positive effect on our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

It’s what people are especially desiring these days.   People are expressing a need to gather, to connect with one another, and to decompress, from the world’s challenges.

Cristina Reyes-Schleifer

We live in an energy-based universe, scientifically validated, as such.  Therefore, the vibration, the frequencies, emitted from electronic devices, and the news about world events, have had a tremendous impact on the quality of life, “for all life on earth” to include mother earth, whether we realize it or not.

This unique sound meditation is profound in itself, but Cristina Reyes-Schleifer adds another layer.

Cristina guides you to a place of relaxation, to release anxiety and worry, to quiet the “monkey chatter” in our minds, by providing breathing techniques.  She also walks you through a step-by-step visualization to help you realize your potential to self-relaxation.

Please join us on the second Wednesday of each month.  Register at: info@worldpeace.org

Cristina Reyes-Schleifer, a certified sound practitioner, uniquely combines guided meditation techniques with the use of different instruments to bring mental calmness and physical relaxation to people of all ages. Her intuitive approach to the use of sound with Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, gongs, and many other vibrational instruments creates a one-of-a-kind experience that restores your body-mind-spirit harmony.

Sound is an amazing and profound therapy! My daughter and I, along with 2 nieces who had never meditated before, sat quietly… and then the sound energy began to flow—in harmony all the time—taking us with it. It was so powerful… a real cleansing! Thank you Cristina!!”
