Peace Pole in Mutlangen, Germany

The members of the ‘Peace and Encounter Society’
in
Mutlangen, Germany
, met to celebrate their 25 years of existence.
Through various projects, this Society works for a world without 
nuclear power and is well known throughout
Germany
.
Together with the Mayor of Mutlangen and a Deputy of the
Germany

Bundestag (Lower House of Parliament) 35 people gathered to plant a Peace Pole
that was crafted by their local craftsman at the
Waldorf School.

 The English banner in the photograph was prepared in Geneva to be used at a conference in New York in 2010 about ‘a world without nuclear weapons.’
