Members of the Galveston Rotary Club joined community leaders, residents, and partners from the Galveston Regional Chamber of Commerce for a ceremonial ribbon cutting celebrating the installation of a Peace Pole at the corner of Post Office and 22nd Streets in downtown Galveston.

The event marked a collaborative effort to promote unity, goodwill and the Rotary ideal of “Service Above Self,” bringing together representatives from local organizations and families to recognize the importance of peace and community connection in the heart of the city.
