September 19, 2026

In Celebration of the International Day of Peace.

I have attached photographs from the Rotary International Peace Garden Opening Ceremony held at Garden City Park in Richmond, BC, Canada, on September 19, 2026.

I have also included the City’s site plans of the Peace Garden.

The Garden City Community Park is located in the northwest section 430-square-metre gathering space features a small entry plaza with Ginko trees, a walkway lined with dedication benches, a circular seating area with a central rock feature and Peace Poles displaying the message “May Peace Preval On Earth” in multiple languages.

This article was also featured on the local news regarding the opening: https://www.richmond-news.com/local-news/rotarys-peace-garden-set-to-open-on-sept-19-12755047

Thank you.
