My dedication Ceremony for my Peace Pole was a major component of my larger project, a peace garden at the Mt. Lebanon Public Library.

My dedication Ceremony was held on November 22, 2015. It was the official opening of the garden space I created for my  Girl Scout Gold Award. The garden space is located off the library’s parking lot just above the library’s courtyard. I am so proud to have been able  to plant my Peace Pole at the public library. I spoke to the audience about the garden, about planting peace and also letting peace prevail on earth.
