Peace Pole in Dumfriesshire-Auldgirth-SCOTLAND

Staff at the Allanton Sanctuary planted a Peace Pole in our village at a friend’s house.

Tony and Eileen wanted to create a special place in their garden now they have officially retired and can spend more time nurturing the area around their house.

It was a beautiful event. The tree behind is an old apple tree and the Peace Pole made an empty space suddenly feel full of purpose.
