Creating an “IndiGenius—ViSwadeshi” Movement through the Union of Global Unity and Vedic Wisdom

Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Vishwavidya Pratishthanam (SGVP) and the Foundation for Peaceful Change, in collaboration with the “May Peace Prevail On Earth”, Goi Peace Foundation organization hosted “The World Peace Flag Ceremony” followed by the Prayer for World Peace.

The Ceremony was blessed by His Holiness Sadguru Shree Madhavpriyadasji Swami under the sacred principle of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” (The World is One Family).  The ceremony was opened by Rushi Kumars of Darshanam Sanskrit Sansthanam with traditional Vedic Sanskrit chanting and concluded with the ‘Shanti Paath’ from the Upanishads, praying for the health and happiness of all living beings. Students and teachers; Dr. Mukund Patel (Peace Researcher); representatives of the Goi Peace Foundation of Japan, Ms. Hisako Omagari (Environmental Expert, Japan Weather Association) and Ms. Yasuko Yamaguchi; and Dr. Hansa Thakar joined this global peace ceremony for world harmony.

The chant “May Peace Prevail on Earth” echoed alongside individual prayers for every nation from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe and every corner of our planet. Prayers were offered for all nations, the Earth and all other global regions.

The ceremony was a profound effort toward the commitment of “ViSwadeshi”—the idea that peace is a common thread and a “Global Swadeshi Native Spirit” (Vishwa’s Swadeshi Aatma) that unites the “Swadeshi” (Native Spirit) of every different country.

Peace Expert Dr. Mukund Patel stated, “Peace is an indigenous concept of the universe. When peace and genius minds come together at a global level, we create an ‘IndiGenius—ViSwadeshi’ movement that transcends all national boundaries.” Peace is not just a goal, but an indigenous state of the universe and a “Global Native Spirit.”

The Peace Formula can be expressed as follows:

·        Truth + Non-violence = Peace

·        Truth – Non-violence = Peacelessness

“Following truth non-violently leads to a peaceful world.”

“Peace is not possible without courage; and courage is not possible without peace.”

“Peace is not possible without entrepreneurship and businesses; Entrepreneurship and businesses are not possible without peace.”

“Peace is not achievable without an ‘IndiGenius—ViSwadeshi’ movement.”

The World Peace Flag Ceremony showcased a blend of ancient Vedic chanting and a modern call for universal brotherhood. It was a beautiful reminder that we are all interconnected. This event strengthens our mission to cultivate not just bright or genius minds, but compassionate souls dedicated to the welfare of the entire world.
