On this beautiful day, I dedicate my Peace Pole in solitude and in hope that it is a beacon of what is to come.
I sit here in gratitude, that I am a United States citizen.
That I was blessed to be born here.
I have been shaken and saddened by the war in Ukraine and by the terrible loss of life.
I hope and pray for the war to end .
May Peace Prevail on Earth.
