The Musical World Peace Prayer Ceremony is an exciting way to expand our understanding of connection beyond our family and friends to include all of creation.

Imagine the flags of all Nations filling a space with their many beautiful colors while the voices of all people sing out for peace. During the Musical WPPC, we focus our loving intentions on all the nations of the world. We honor the amazing diversity of our human family while transforming ideas of nationalism that have separated people for centuries. We affirm that every person’s voice for peace is essential.

Youth for Peace Participants from throughout the Hudson Valley New York came together for the first recording of the musical WPPC. Click here to check it out!

The Peace Music Initiative

Peace is a creative process. It does not have to be boring.

The Peace Music Initiative is an opportunity to infuse the music that you are creating with a message of hope and transformation by including the words May Peace Prevail on Earth. If you want to create peace music, send us a recording and photos with an explanation of what it was like to make the song: What was fun about the process? What was challenging? What did you learn? We will do our best to feature as many bands and artists as possible. Contact Arthur with any questions or thoughts at youth@worldpeace.org.

The Cyber Art Gallery

We are looking for visual arts that show the process of transformation from violence toward peace. What might that change look like? Will things get worse before they get better? Themes include but are not limited to: healing, empowerment, the pain and joy of change and visionary renditions of beauty and balance. What might a world without war be like? Contact Arthur with any questions or thoughts at youth@worldpeace.org.
