Tour The World Peace Sanctuary
Only about 2 hours north of New York City by car, The World Peace Sanctuary is located in a beautifully scenic area of Eastern Dutchess County in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains.

Just off Rt. 22, south of Amenia, New York, it occupies 154 peaceful acres near the Connecticut border. Host to some 15,000 visitors each year for a variety of wonderful annual events, the World Peace Sanctuary offers peace-seekers many picturesque treats including a beautiful Black Walnut Grove; the educational Peace Path with a Peace Pole for each of the 191 nations in the world; a Ceremonial Field ringed with the flags of all nations and featuring a unique Earth Stage; and the newly designed Peace Labyrinth for peace adventurers.

Welcoming visitors to the World Peace Sanctuary is the stunning Globe Sculpture (shown below) by Amenia, New York artist Peter Woytuk.
