Only about 2 hours north of New York City by car, The World Peace Festival is held at the World Peace Sanctuary, which is located in a beautifully scenic area of Eastern Dutchess County in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains.

The Peace Path at the World Peace Festival

Just off Rt. 22, south of Amenia, New York, it occupies 154 peaceful acres near the Connecticut border. Host to some 15,000 visitors each year for a variety of wonderful annual events, the World Peace Sanctuary offers peace-seekers a many wonderful treats.

THE PEACE LABYRINTH

Take some time away from the stimulating atmosphere of the Festival... wander through the 125-year-old Walnut Grove ... and experience the tranquility in the newly-installed Peace Labyrinth.

A single path seven circles wide, based on a design found on ancient Cretan coins, winding in one direction, then another, leads you to the center where you can sit, relax, and reflect, and experience the true meaning of May Peace Prevail on Earth.



KIDSPACE

KidSpace is designed to provide children with a supervised area in which to be kids: to run and play and have fun! Swings, a climbing tower with a slide, a sandbox and the ever-popular rope bridge are among the attractions.


This includes a beautiful Black Walnut Grove; the educational Peace Path with a Peace Pole for each of the 191 nations in the world; a Ceremonial Field ringed with the flags of all nations and featuring a unique Earth Stage; and the newly designed Peace Labyrinth for peace adventurers.
