You are invited to be among the One Million Voices for Peace on Saturday, August 18, 2001 as a powerful prayer for world peace circles the globe. During the World Peace Festival, a spectacular World Peace Prayer Ceremony with the flag of every nation will be raised as everyone joins in the multinational call "May Peace Prevail on Earth." This event will be a profound experience of unity at an unprecedented level of global participation. Each one of the 10,000 people attending the Festival in person, plus hundreds of thousands participating on the Internet or in spirit, will add an important voice in building a worldwide vision of peace and harmony for all humankind. There are four ways that you can be counted among the One Million Voices for Peace:
1. I will attend the World Peace Festival in person on Saturday, August 18, 2001.
2. I will join the World Peace Prayer Ceremony on the Internet at www.worldpeace.org.
3. I will pray for peace in every country of the world between 12 noon and 7 p.m. (EST).
4. I will join in the prayer "May Peace Prevail on Earth" on the weekend of August 18, 2001.
