I am asking everyone to observe ten seconds of peace between December 31, 2009, 11:59:55 pm
and January 1, 2010, 12:00:05 am. I have specifically targeted this date and time
because as the year changes, it gives those who may have not started the year right an
opportunity to end the year right and everyone a chance to start the New Year right.
