Peace Pole Re-Dedicated at Chapel at Croton Falls, New York-USA

The Chapel at Croton Falls, NY celebrated the International Day of Peace on Sunday, September 23rd with a Universal Worship Service led by Rev. Melanie Gambino and including drumming by Native American medicine man, Bear Walker.

The interfaith service closed with the re-dedication of the Chapel’s Peace Pole in a ceremony with the flags of many nations and the prayer, “May Peace Prevail on Earth.” The Chapel’s pastor, Rev. Dr. Hans Hallundbaek, has plans to build a peace ministry that will gather a network of peace churches throughout the Hudson Valley.
