Peace Pole at Trinity United Methodist Church, Arlington, Texas-USA

The Peace Pole dedication was done at the end of all three Church Services on Sunday May 31, 2009.  The dedication was lead by Senior Pastor Dr. Scott Youngblood with the congregation participating.   The following Saturday, June 6, 2009, after the Men’s Breakfast a group of men took the Peace Pole from the sanctuary to plant the Peace Pole outside in the Flower Garden next to the front door.
 Being on the outreach council at Trinity UMC I brought up the idea of getting a Peace Pole for our Church.  Our Council voted unanimously to plant a Peace Pole.  After some time all approvals were obtained and we now have a Peace Pole at Trinity United Methodist Church in Arlington, Texas.
