An Equinox Ceremony and Peace Pole Dedication on September 22, 2008

The response and support for The Peace Pole Project has been gratifying.  Thank you to all who’ve written and who felt called to contribute to this visible commemorative anchoring of the Prism of Light.  Five Peace Poles are being made now by the World Peace Prayer Society at The World Peace Sanctuary in Wassaic, NY.  The design of the Prism stone marker has been approved and is now in the hands of the stone-mason.

The Peace Ceremony slated for the Autumnal Equinox on September 21 continues to unfold.  It will include many leaders in the community but the primary focus will be the participation of the beautiful children among us.  Please mark your calendars for Sept. 21st.  And remember, contributions are still being accepted to help pay for the Peace Poles and the stone marker.

The following day, on Monday, September 22, an Equinox ceremony and Peace Pole dedication will be led by Reverend Zan Butterfly Deerwoman at 11:44 a.m. at Warm Mineral Springs. The time 11:44 a.m. was chosen by Rev. Zan as it’s the exact peak moment of the Equinox and it also represents a master numerological vibration.  You might recall that The Springs was the southernmost anchor point of the Prism of
Light.
